Erection , Testing & Commissioning of Power Plants

ATPSPL has a vast experience in undertaking new Power Plant projects right from the stage of Erection to Commissioning and has so far contributed in generating more than 1000 MW of Power across the Country.

Overhauling

In General this includes, scheduled Maintenance of Turbines, Generators & other Accessories of the Power Plant by dismantling them, cleaning, repairing and refurbishing of parts as found necessary, Balancing of Rotors, oiling, greasing, re-assembling, aligning, testing & finally commissioning (re-starting).

Re-conditioning of Lube Oil System, if included by the customer, also forms a part of Overhauling. Depending on the volume and type of the work allotted, Overhauling falls under two heads, Major & Minor. Where necessary, applicable Standards are followed, observations are documented and reported.

CO2 Or Dry Ice Blasting (Cleaning)

A break through from the conventional cleaning methods, this State of the Art CO2 or Dry Ice Blasting is a form of Carbon dioxide cleaning, where dry ice, the solid form of Carbon dioxide, is accelerated in a pressurized air stream and directed at a surface in order to clean it.

As the dry ice has much lower temperature of about -78.50C, when it is propelled at dirty surfaces, it lowers the temperature of the target surface too and naturally contracts the dirt and blows away with high speed air.

Excepting in extreme cases, the machines do not require to be dismantled. This technology also has an advantage of maintaining the surfaces dry immediately after cleaning and does not disturb the integrity of the system under cleaning. Moreover, this cleaning leaves no residues behind as pollutants unlike in sand blasting and other cleaning processes. Above all, CO2 cleaning is economical and time saving too.

Supply of Spares

ATPSPL undertakes Major/Minor repairs of any or all Spares related to any rotating equipment. ATPSPL plays a vital role in the manufacture by Reverse-Engineering and supply of spares to its customers.

Troubleshooting and Advisory Services
