ATPSPL undertakes Major/Minor repairs of any or all Spares related to any rotating equipment. ATPSPL plays a vital role in the manufacture by Reverse-Engineering and supply of spares to its customers.
Re-conditioning of Lube Oil System, if included by the customer, also forms a part of Overhauling. Depending on the volume and type of the work allotted, Overhauling falls under two heads, Major & Minor. Where necessary, applicable Standards are followed, observations are documented and reported.

>> Journal bearings - Cylindrical, Two Lobe, Four Lobe, Tilting pads, Sleeve bearing & Thrust bearing.
>> System-Spindles, Valve Cones, Bolts, Complete Yoke Assembly, Servomotor & Pilot valve assemblies.
>> Steam & Oil Gland assemblies.
>> Gear Boxes - Pinion & Gear wheel shafts
>> Pump Shafts, Impellers, Cartridges etc.
